Outcome of General Meeting 22 March 2014
At the General Meeting of the Society held on 22 March, the following resolution was passed as set out in the Notice sent with “Paddle Wheels.”
“That the existing articles of association in their entirety be removed and replaced by the new articles of association set out in Annex 1 of the booklet circulated with the Autumn 2013 issue of Paddle Wheels.”
