Members may like to know the arrangements for appointing a replacement for Waverley Excursion’s Chief Executive, Kathleen O’Neill. This gives anyone who has a serious interest and the qualifications for the role the opportunity to consider an application.

There will be a teaser ad in The (Glasgow) Herald on Friday 25th April with a further ad in The Herald on 2nd May. On 2nd May there will also be an editorial on the Waverley and the role. Also starting this Friday there will be an ad on the s1jobs website for a week. All ads will point people to a microsite which will have job details, links to the WEL website, links to an electronic version of the ‘Sustainable Future’ brochure and how to apply.

Aspen People will be handling the process and their contact details are in the adverts. The appointment will of course be made by WEL.
