The Annual General Meeting aboard P.S. Maid of the Loch on 19 November was attended by 71 members.

All the resolutions on the Agenda (published in the autumn issue of Paddle Wheels) were carried, including new subscription rates from January 2017. The full minutes may be found here.

Iain Dewar, Myra Allen, Martin Longhurst, Paul Semple and Jon Jolliffe were re-elected as members of the Council of Management unopposed.  However, four members stood down.  They were Richard Engert, Jeremy Gold, Nick James and Douglas McGowan.   The full list of current members and their terms of office can be found here.

Subsequently the Council of Management appointed Paul Semple as Vice-chairman in succession to Jeremy Gold.
