Scottish Branch Contributes to Boiler Refit Appeal
At the Scottish Branch Committee meeting on 7th June 2019 a cheque was handed over by Branch Chairman Murray Paterson to Paul Semple, General Manager of Waverley Excursions for £4,362.50 as a contribution towards the ‘Save the Waverley – Boiler Refit Appeal’.
The money was the deposits for the two charters the Scottish Branch had arranged for 2019, but due to Waverley being out of commission this year the deposit had been refunded by Waverley Excursions to the Branch.
