Waverley Paddles Again!

On Thursday 13th August 2020 Waverley moved under her own steam for the first time since her boiler refit.

Waverley departed Custom House Quay, Greenock at 10am for a day of sea trials, returning nearly seven hours later at 4.50pm. Her trials took her south as far as Largs with her speed touching 15 knots on several occasions.

The Society is a company limited by guarantee (having no share capital), registered in England and Wales No. 2167853, and a charity registered in England and Wales (298328) and in Scotland (SC037603). Registered Office Mayfield, Hoe Lane, Abinger Hammer, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6RS.
