For one night only in 2018 Paddle Steamer Waverley will offer an evening cruise from Blairmore, Greenock and Helensburgh to the Gare Loch and Loch Long.

Waverley will depart Blairmore at 6:30pm, Greenock at 7:15pm and Helensburgh at 7:45pm. Tickets for this unique sailing are now available by calling 0141 243 2224 or book online by visiting Waverley Excursions. Advance tickets are offered at a reduced rate of £22 (Blairmore and Greenock) or £18 (Helensburgh). Further discounts are available for parties of 10 or more by calling the booking hotline. Children under 18 travel at half price.

This cruise is a fundraising cruise by the Paddle Steamer Preservation Society (Scottish Branch). Proceeds from this will allow the Branch to continue to support Waverley by providing grants to ensure the ship keeps sailing.

Early this year the Scottish Branch provided a grant of £6,000 to assist with essential work required on the steamer before she entered service. In 2017 the Branch provided a grant of £9,000 and in 2016 a grant of £18,000 was provided to fund new paddles to keep Waverley sailing. The proceeds from this unique sailing on Thursday 5th July will allow further grants to be made to keep Waverley operational. The support for this cruise is very much appreciated.
