Main bearings released, lifting tackle in place and slack taken up.
Crankshaft released from lower main bearing, now suspended on crane.
Crankshaft now completely clear, lift commences.
Crankshaft manoeuvred at an angle to clear deck opening.
Now clear of engine room through open deck.
Heading ashore for the first time in 52 years.
Awaiting blocks and supports prior to transfer to engineering shop.
