Gallia approaching Weggis August 2021

Gallia finished her summer season on Lake Lucerne on Sunday 20th September: a round trip from Lucerne (12.12pm) to Fluelen (3pm0 and back to Lucerne (5.47pm).

Schiller’s last day in service was Sunday 27th September when she ran the same service: a round trip from Lucerne (12.12pm) to Fluelen (3pm0 and back to Lucerne (5.47pm)

Unterwalden, Uri, Gallia and Stadt Luzern in the Lucerne Shipyard 18th October 2021

Unterwalden’s last day in service was Sunday 4th October: two round trips from Lucerne (9.38pm and 1.38pm to Alpnachstad finishing her day at Lucerne (4.25pm).

Uri 25 March 2026

Uri has only two days of operation in October: Sundays 11th and 18th when she is rostered to run the round trip from Lucerne (to 9.12am) to Fluelen (12 noon) and back to Lucerne (2.47pm).

However she is scheduled to be out again between 20th November and 19th December for Christmas Cruises.

Stadt Luzern

Stadt Luzern is rostered to be out every day in October up to and including Sunday 18th taking the sailing from Lucerne (11.12am) to Fluelen (2pm) and back to Lucerne (4.47pm).

As a point of interest Stadt Luzern’s Principal Captain is Roger Maurer, who took over from Capt Kuno Stein after the ship’s rebuild in 2021. Capt Maurer is the son-in-law of Capt Alois Kaufmann who was Stadt Luzern’s longest serving master commanding her for 24 years from 1986 until he retired in 2009.
