Kingswear Castle Returns to Service

After completion of the major work on her engine during this refit, Kingswear Castle ran trials on the Dart under the command of John Megoran on Wednesday 28 June. The MCA final survey was completed the following day and KC is now scheduled to return to service at Dartmouth on Saturday 1 July. In order to run the engine in gently, after all the work this winter, the longer sailing to Totnes advertised for Monday 3 July will be replaced by harbour cruises.
