Up to WW2 Victoria was the Cosens’ paddle steamer most usually scheduled for the run from Weymouth round Portland Bill to call at West Bay, Lyme Regis and Seaton. And that’s exactly what she was scheduled to do on Wednesday 1st September 1937: 1st September 1937: Victoria – Kingswear Castle
