16th October 2026: Waverley Going Home

Waverley has not had a straightforward return to the Clyde after finishing her visit to the Thames on Sunday 11th October. Forecast winds up to gale force 8 along the way forced her to take shelter first off Bembridge, then after bunkering at Falmouth, in the lee of Lundy Island. She got underway from there on Thursday evening and is expected to be on the Clyde early on Saturday 17th October morning ready to take up her last trips of the season.

Tickets for the final sailings are available online at waverleyexcursions.co.uk/book or by calling the booking office on 0141 243 2224. Advanced booking is strongly recommended as spaces are now limited, particularly for Sunday.
