Waverley Evening Charter

Following the success of the last two PSPS Scottish Branch evening charters the Branch has once again arranged an annual fundraising evening charter of Waverley which will take place on Thursday 25th June from Greenock, Kilcreggan and Dunoon. On departure from Dunoon Waverley will cruise along the Cowal coast and into Loch Striven providing a unique opportunity to cruise the rarely visited loch. At about 8 miles in length the loch extends north into the Cowal peninsula. During times of recession in shipping, the loch has been used as a sheltered anchorage for laid-up vessels such as large oil tankers.

Waverley will depart Greenock Custom House Quay at 7pm, Kilcreggan at 7:25pm and Dunoon at 7:50pm returning to Dunoon at 10:10pm, Kilcreggan at 10:35pm and Greenock at 11pm. This will be the only evening cruise by Waverley from Dunoon and Kilcreggan this season!

Tickets are now on sale from www.waverleyexcursions.co.uk or by calling 0845 130 4647. Tickets booked in advance are offered at a discounted rate and further discounts are available for groups of 10 or more.
